NIGHT

It’s one of the best ingredients in skin rejuvenation and acne management but it’s important to be informed about how to use it correctly as it is a powerful. Start once a week for one week, then twice a week for two weeks, then three times a week for three weeks, and so forth. Build up as feels comfortable for your skin. Always use this product at night and use an SPF during the day.

For acne management, A-hit is brilliant. However we always recommend it after you have exhausted all avenues (ie ditched your foaming cleansers, wipes and toners, are using B-Hit and C-Hit and Reboot) and still need extra help.

We tread carefully in recommending Retinol in younger skins as it can over-stimulate skin and make skin photo-sensitive - which is unnecessary stress for skin when there are more gentle ways to try first.

While A-Hit is safe in pregnant or breast feeding, we do recommend you stop for peace of mind.

Retinol is known to make you photosensitive and can cause irritation so introduce slowly and also pair it with an SPF during the daytime.
