Instructions
DAY
Warm up. Apply like moisturiser. wet face, work into the skin even the lash line, rinse off with a hot towel. Then just try to resist the repeat! Feels like a facial (you’ll love it).
Apply 1-2 drops of Vitamin B-Hit evenly to clean skin.
Follow with 1-2 drops of C-Hit Vitamin Booster Serum
Finish with your Workout Day Nutrition & Defence moisturiser. Use after any booster serums. Coat face, neck and chest (as you would with sunscreen). Massage gently. Relish the magic moisturising feeling. You’re protected. (Side note: you can also use anytime to calm inflamed and irritated skin).
NIGHT
After your Warm Up (see above), apply A-Hit evenly. Starting out, leave 4 days between applications. Build up as feels comfortable for your skin
Apply a veil of Reboot sparingly to clean skin (avoid eye area). Leave on the skin like a mask - overnight or for 30 minutes. New to powerful AHA/BHAs, build up slowly as feels right.
Next apply Rest Overnight Recovery Moisturiser. Use over clean skin and any booster serums. Apply to face, neck and chest. Light-weight but powerful infusion. Now rest easy!
