Instructions

STEP 1. WARM UP. Apply a pea size amount to damp skin. Wet your fingertips and massage in circular motions for 30-60 seconds to ensure your skin is getting all of the goodness possible from the cleanser. Rinse clean with a hot towel.

STEP 2 AM. Apply a layer of WORKOUT moisturiser to cleansed skin. (Side note: it’s also brilliant anytime you need to calm inflamed and irritated skin).

STEP 2 PM. After your WARM UP, coat the face and neck and chest with REST before bed. This sleep mask is all about undoing the stresses of the day and prepping skin for the next day.
